Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Lead (m/f/d)

Your Role
You will take on a central interface role between marketing, sales, communications, creative, and events, working closely with management and international teams.
You will bring structure to topics, connect teams, and actively further develop our marketing activities, processes, and visibility.
In this role, you will take responsibility, contribute ideas, and ensure that content, communication, and initiatives work together effectively.
Your responsibilities
This role combines strategic thinking with operational execution.
You will work hands-on, prioritize together with the team, and actively contribute to the further development of our marketing organization.
Focus areas of your role

Further development of our marketing activities based on the company goals (SoaP 2026)

Development of digital initiatives for lead generation and increasing our visibility

Further development of our brand presence, SEO, and digital discoverability
-
Management of content, storytelling, and communication activities across different markets and channels
-
Close collaboration with the events, creative, PR & communications, and video teams
In addition, you will be responsible for
-
Coordinating website content and various marketing materials
-
Aligning brochures, flyers, product stories, PR and company stories, as well as video content
-
Coordinating newsletters and social media activities (especially LinkedIn, with Instagram planned in the future)

Coordinating ongoing content, campaign, and communication activities
-
Managing and leading two team members, both professionally and disciplinarily
What you bring
-
Several years of experience in marketing – ideally in a coordinating or leadership role
-
Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination
-
A strong sense of communication, brand positioning, and target-group-oriented content
-
An understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and content processes
-
A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
-
The motivation to drive topics forward and take responsibility
-
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a good understanding of people

Experience with CMS/marketing tools or ERP systems
-
Excellent English skills, as our communication and collaboration are international and primarily conducted in English
