Junior Sales Manager – Software (m/f/d)

Southern Germany | French-speaking Market | French Required

Your responsibilities:

Be the main point of contact for customers, providing excellent support and managing relationships.

Expand existing customer relationships and actively develop new business contacts.

Present our software solutions professionally and confidently, either remotely or on-site.

Understand customer requirements and work together to find suitable solutions.

Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to successful deal closure.

Work closely with our technical and development teams, contributing to the strategic development of the market.

Handle offer and proposal management, from preparation and follow-up to documentation within the system.

Engage with customers as an equal partner, building long-term, trust-based relationships.
What we are looking for
You don't need to be a CAD expert. What matters far more to us is that you enjoy sales, understand people, and can approach others with energy and enthusiasm.
Your Profile:

Fluency in German and French, both written and spoken

Good English skills

Initial experience in sales, customer relations, or consulting

Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident presence
-
Motivation, initiative, and a willingness to take responsibility

Interest in software, IT, or technical solutions
-
Ideally, be based in southern Germany, particularly around Saarland/Saarbrücken, Baden-Württemberg, Alsace, or close to the French border
Nice to have, but not required:

Experience in software, industrial, or mechanical engineering environments

Knowledge of structural engineering

Experience in machinery sales or technical sales
Motivated career changers with genuine sales talent are also highly welcome.
